不用翻面，铝纸怨没有铺。如果怕粘可以喷点油，怕太糊铺烤盘纸也行吧。
主要是酱要湿把每层皮都浸透，这样烤出来才不会过硬。

肉都长看不到的地方了。：P
青蛙不吃CHEESE等一些西式的，油炸的被我控制了，每顿还只让他吃八分饱哈。
